The Business Challenge
Despite their success, Suntria faced challenges common in the solar industry. To improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while scaling, they approached TechQuarter with a clear goal: modernize internal operations. They needed a proprietary platform to optimize lead generation and sales management, integrating seamlessly with their existing CRM. With a growing team and expanding footprint, Suntria sought better visibility across regions, offices, and teams, along with tools to track individual sales rep performance and streamline onboarding. The platform also had to simplify territory management for canvassing by allowing managers to create, assign, and track territories. It also needed an integrated proposal tool to better connect canvassing with the sales process.
Our Solution
We built a custom platform to improve Suntria’s sales operations. It gave leadership a clear view of regions, offices, and teams, making it easier to manage reps and track performance with leaderboards. We added an HR portal to streamline hiring. Managers can now handle applications, background checks, and IT requests in one place, speeding up onboarding. Territory management was improved with a Google Maps integration. Sales managers can assign canvassing areas and access property data like owner name, home size, and value to help reps target the right leads. Finally, we connected lead data to a proposal tool, so reps can quickly generate accurate sales proposals. This end-to-end system made Suntria’s sales process faster and more efficient.
