The Business Challenge
LittlePay wanted to better showcase their offers for public transportation companies, improve the visibility of certain features and all-in-all create a swifter customer experience.
The Solution
We performed a UX and technical audit of the existing platform, identified potential improvements beyond the way it looks. Then, together with the client decided on the action plan: redesigning all the existing flows of the platform with new goals in mind, refactored existing features with the goal of enhancing the user experience. We built several features in both the Merchant’s and Traveler’s portal.
Business Impact
The face-lift of the platform’s UI resulted in higher user engagement rates for all systems: merchant, riders and devices and improved the platforms security. The company plans to extend their service offers to new geographies having gained the confidence that their platform can easily adapt to new business context.
