A forward-thinking NGO in the educational sector was already operating a web platform designed to bridge students, universities, and recruitment agents. However, with growing demand from mobile-first users, they recognized the need for a complementary mobile solution that would enable smoother communication, real-time updates, and better data management.

The deployment of the Assistant Mobile App brought substantial improvements across various performance metrics, demonstrating the tangible benefits of our mobile technology solutions.

Improvements in User Engagement
Document scanning recorded 721 screen views within its first quarter of release, indicating high user adoption and functionality appeal. We successfully reduced the average session duration from 233 seconds to 127 seconds, a 45.49% decrease, which greatly enhanced the user experience by minimizing wait times.

Operational Efficiency
Initially, 25% of applications were null or incomplete. With the introduction of the mobile app, 52% of applications became self-processed, demonstrating a significant improvement in the completion and accuracy of applications. The built-in chat and contact features facilitated over 18,000 sessions and 1,000 direct interactions respectively, significantly enhancing communication between counselors and students.

Performance Enhancements
By optimizing the app’s performance, we managed to halve the page loading times, improving from an average of 4 seconds down to about 2 seconds on critical pages, thus reducing user frustration and dropout rates.
