The business challenge
Operating in the natural, organic, and specialty food sectors, Natural Commerce needed a solution to enhance its current e-commerce platform. to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and gain control over its platform, it needed a custom order management and warehousing solution. This change would help it scale and adapt to changing business demands while staying competitive in the challenging US market.
Our Solution
We took on the complete transformation of Natural Commerce’s platform.
System Integration & Data Transformation
Seamless interoperability across different systems used by retailers and warehouses by developing a robust data transformation tool to translate and route orders automatically.
Logistics Management & Optimization
Introduced dynamic order allocation and real-time tracking, which optimized logistics by automatically selecting the best warehouse based on location and inventory.
Supplier Portal & Product Mapping
Scalable Supplier Portal that allowed warehouses to manage orders and inventory independently. A dynamic product mapping system was also implemented to enable real-time updates via CSV uploads.
Real-Time Dashboard
offered comprehensive operational insights, enabling informed decision-making and improved business performance.
Business Impact
As a result of the new platform, Natural Commerce saw a significant reduction in operational costs and a boost in productivity due to faster data processing and improved system performance. The self-service capability allowed Natural Commerce to independently upload item lists and manage the platform without requiring technical support. This not only reduced their operational costs but also empowered them with more control over their platform, thereby increasing their productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, our tailored integrations with major partners like SYSCO and TARGET allowed Natural Commerce to expand their market reach and onboard these new partners with ease, thereby increasing their market presence and potential revenue.
